sleep . . . here. Yeah, here’s good.
New Look
Well, this is the product of my brain at 3 am. Since Miller has been sick she’s been falling asleep really early in the evening and I don’t have the heart to wake her up to feed her. I normally use this time to read a magazine, watch TV, or sew or blog or something. Last night I used it to sleep. So when she finally woke up at 2am to eat supper, my body thought, “what a great nap” and couldn’t go back to sleep. Don’t know why, but this seemed like a good project for the time frame! We’ll give it a few days and see how it works.
Quick question for all you avian aficionados out there- why would a wood pecker try more than ONCE to bore a hole in a metal gutter? Needless to say, new chapter in the ever growing wildlife journal of our new home . . .

Being Sick Is No Excuse
Thanks for the New Kicks, Aunt Ash!
My Aunt Ashley sent me these cool shoes when I was born. They’re still just a little big, but way too cute to sit on the shelf any longer. You can’t see him in the picture below, but my stuffed sheep that hangs on my crib is telling me jokes and cracking me up!
Rollin’, Rollin’, Rollin’ . . .
Quarter of Year!
Happy three months (and a week) to our sweet baby girl, Miller. Poor second child- I’m a week late making her month b’day video (I thought about it on the 7th, but we were having a rough day) and then when I finally made it I got the info wrong. For those of you keeping a calendar, she was not baptised this month as I say she was on the video. It was actually just days before she turned 2 months old, and thus should have been included in lasts months video, but wasn’t. Oh well, baby girl, we really do love you, I’m just not as good at documenting it!!
She is videoed in the gown she wore home from the hospital- look how much she’s grown!
2 days old and ready to go home
